🛑 Zero Tolerance Policy on Abusive Language, Acts & Gestures

At KK ACADEMY, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all users—students, faculty, and staff alike.

We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy toward any form of:

• Abusive, offensive, or vulgar language
• Harassment or disrespectful behavior
• Threatening, mocking, or harmful gestures or acts
• Cyberbullying, trolling, or personal attacks on students, instructors, or staff
• Discriminatory remarks based on gender, race, religion, caste, disability, or personal background

⚠️ Consequences of Violation

Any user found engaging in such behavior will face immediate and irreversible action, including but not limited to:

1. Permanent suspension or cancellation of course access
2. Revocation of certificates or course progress records
3. Permanent ban from accessing KK ACADEMY’s platform, courses, and services
4. Blocking of email ID, mobile number, and IP address from our system
5. No refund will be issued under any circumstances if such action is taken due to violation of this policy

👑 Authority

The Founder/Owner of KK ACADEMY retains full and final authority to evaluate, determine, and act upon any violations of this policy.

• No prior notice is required before initiating a ban.
• No explanation or justification will be entertained once the breach is confirmed.
• This policy applies to all users, regardless of payment status or course enrollment duration.
